Clean your Lumin Cupping Set and Lumin Mushroom with warm water and a skin-friendly cleanser or soap. Place a soft washcloth in the sink to avoid chips to your stones. We recommend storing stones in the Stone Pouch as they are relatively fragile.
The Lumin Ritual is helpful for clearing breakout prone skin. It is beneficial to focus on the neck to clear the lymphatic system of the face and detox the skin.
For best results, perform cupping 2 times per week. We do not recommend using the cupping more than three times a week. The Lumin Sea Buckthorn Brightening Oil and the Lumin Mushroom can be used daily.

I absolutely love this kit it is so much fun! I put the cleansing and repair oil on and then was watching the video and experimenting how to use the cupping on my entire face with both cups. Fun!! When I was done I used the cloth to clean off the oil and it did a fabulous job and felt wonderful. Later, on in the evening, my face really did look very bright. I have never used the cupping method before. I also tried the jade mushroom before bed, and it will be a nice addition as it is easy to store and use and it seems to stay cool.
