I love these stones and I do use themdaily. I am a trained reflexologist and I also do face massage, these stones add a great counterpart to that for me, although I certainly also use both of these stones alone as well. The various edges and surfaces all provide different types of pressure, and the extensive videos that Wilding provides are extremely helpful for tutorials.
