Q&A

I love how this cleanser feels and thought I would make this a part of my everyday routine. However, I recently came across an article cautioning against using products that contain both sodium benzoate and ascorbic acid as the mixture of the two can create benzene. And since this moisturizer contains orange peel wax and sodium benzoate, I’m truly confused as to whether this means I should no longer use. It truly feels lovely.
Thank you for your question, apology for the delayed reply. So glad you like the Cleanser. The information you are stating here is That’s misinformation. Also, the orange peel does not contain ascorbic acid (which is the pure form of vitamin c and also the water soluble form). Orange peel does not interact with sodium benzoate that way in our product.
