Unlike gua sha on the face, you can apply firm pressure on the body – as much as feels good. Avoid moles and any raised skin, cuts, scrapes, bruises, or breakouts.
Clean your tools with warm water and a skin-friendly cleanser or soap. We recommend cleaning prior to each use and storing it in the Stone Pouch or other protective vessel.
For best results, practice at least 3 times per week. Daily use is encouraged, but not more than once per day.
