Start Everyday with the Aura Ritual

Dry brush daily and apply the Aura Activator and Aura Oil to maximize your results. Focus on a different area of the body with gua sha each day.

Today's tutorial will focus opening the chest and releasing the pectoral muscles. This is also great to smooth the decollete.

Chest & Pectoral Release

The pectoral muscles are often tight from driving, the computer, and the phone. When the shoulders are pulled forward by tight pectoral muscles, it causes misalignment that can cause neck, shoulder, and jaw tension.

Here are the moves to open the heart.

Use the Wavy Edge and work from the sternum towards the shoulder. This video shows two ways to hold the stone, pick the option that feels best for you.

— 2 —
Use the Rounded End and work across the tight muscle fibers to break up stagnation and tension.

— 3 —
Use the Smooth Edge of your stone to work over the area for 3-5 strokes to encourage healthy flow.
