The Hangover Cure

Whether you had too much to drink or you’re tired from not getting enough sleep — this tutorial is for you.

Pro tip: Put the stone in the freezer for a few minutes to really wake up the skin.

Use the U Edge of tool to comb through any part of your head that’s feeling tense. Try the scalp and temples. You can also use the Empress Gua Sha Stimulating Scalp Stone.

With the Long Edge, sweep under the eye slowly, almost like a compress.

With the Long Edge, swipe upward on the entire forehead. Spend more time on tender spots, like the temples.

Then be sure to sweep down the neck (depuffing) using the U Edge from the ear to the clavicle.

Finally, use the U Edge points to stimulate the pressure points at the beginning of each eyebrow. The Empress Wand is also incredible for this type of pressure point release.
