— 1 — Pick the area you'd like to work on. We recommend one area each day - ie. the abdomen, the thighs, the upper arms, the butt etc.
— 2 — Always apply the Aura Activator and Aura Oil to provide the perfect slip. Never gua sha over dry skin. Hold the stone at about a 45-degree angle to the skin.
— 3 — Experiment with the different edges of your Aura Stone. This practice is an exercise in listening to your body. Use as much pressure as feels good.
— 4 — If you experiencing bruising, wait until the bruise has faded to work on that area again.
