"I never reach the end of the day and say "wow I did everything I needed to do." There is a surrender knowing it's impossible to do it all. I could stress about it, or just pull out my Empress Stone."

TUTORIAL
Melt Shoulder Tension
Today we wanted to bring you a tutorial that will shift you energetically. While lymphatic drainage requires a gentle pressure, this muscle work calls for a stronger touch. As always, don’t gua sha over any moles or breakouts. If you’re a new mom holding a baby, suffer from poor posture, and/or always carry a heavy back, this series can bring immediate relief.
— 1 — Using the Comb Edge, start where the hairline meets the neck and sweep down the side of the neck out to shoulder. Do this 10 to 20 times.
— 2 — Comb from the breast bone up and out to underneath the front of the shoulder, across the peck muscle. Repeat five to ten times.
— 3 — On the back body, use the Comb Edge of the tool. It will stay parallel to the spine as it sweeps outward toward the shoulder. Repeat this stroke 5 to 10 times.
Repeat the sequence on the other side. Don’t be afraid to use more pressure, but note that sometimes it can leave marks. That’s not a bad thing! If you want to avoid the marks, be mindful and a little more gentle.
