Melt Shoulder Tension
This tutorial will shift you energetically. Muscle work on the back of neck and shoulders calls for a firm pressure, but it should feel so good.
Note: Don't use firm pressure on the shoulders if you're pregnant
1. Using the Comb Edge, start where the hairline meets the neck and sweep down the back of the neck out to shoulder. Use as much pressure as you'd like. Up to 20 strokes down the neck. This might create some redness and that's ok.
2. Comb from the breast bone over the pectoral muscles. Repeat five to ten times with firm pressure.
3. Over the shoulder, use the Comb Edge of the tool. Sweep from the neck outward over the shoulder. Repeat this stroke 5 to 10 times with firm pressure.
Repeat the sequence on the other side. Don’t be afraid to use more pressure, but note that sometimes it can leave marks. That’s not a bad thing! If you want to avoid the marks, be mindful and a little more gentle.
