Scalp massages can be relaxing or invigorating, depending on your approach. This tutorial is similar: focus on slower movement if you’re winding down. Alternatively, if you’re fighting a mid-day slump or want to wake up in the morning, move more quickly (especially on step 3). Pro tip: take the stone into the shower for an upleveled morning routine. Start (or finish) with your Empress Ritual.
— 1 — Using the U Edge points starting from the forehead and moving back, press the stone into the skull gently to access points along the “mohawk.”
— 2 — Starting from the hairline at the forehead and moving around the perimeter, use the U Edge points to comb upward toward the top of the head.
— 3 — Downward strokes promote lymph drainage. Take the Comb Edge and move it in quick, back-and-forth motions along the hairline around the ear, following the shape of the ear.
— 4 — Swipe the U Edge from the base of the back of the neck to the hairline.
