Alleviate Tech Neck Pains & Lines
Most of us are guilty of too much screen time. As a result, our mental and physical well-being. take a hit. Looking down can also contribute to pronounced lines on the neck.
1. Identify the SCM muscle in your neck by turning your head to the side. Using the U Edge (U facing downward) gently trace the muscle upward toward the jaw.
2. Just as we have worked on other lines in this challenge, use the Comb Edge to gently work perpendicular to lines on the neck. Using the opposite index and middle fingers, hold skin taut.
3. Move the tool up and down in short, brief, swift motions to break up the pattern of the line and stimulate flow.
4. Using the opposite Long Edge, smooth it out moving from the center of the neck to side.
