Start Everyday with the Aura Ritual

Dry brush daily and apply the Aura Activator and Aura Oil to maximize your results. Focus on a different area of the body with gua sha each day.

If you experience bruising or marks from gua sha, wait until bruising has faded before working on it again.

Increase Definition & Tone The Waistline

Increase definition by restoring the health of the fascia.

— 1 —
Hold the stone with two hands, with the Wavy Edge work up the sides of the body with firm pressure.

— 2 —
Once you've worked on the side of the body, begin making your way around the front of the abdomen, using the same motion.

— 3 —
Hold the stone perpendicular to the skin and use the Wavy Edge back and forth with cross friction along the sides of the body. Use this technique in any area you'd like to increase definition.

— 4 —
Finish with upwards strokes with the Wavy Edge over the entire abdomen.
