Yesterday we talked a bit about the neck, today we'll go a little deeper on why this is so important, just to really drive it home.

Do this frequently if you're feeling puffy, congested, experiencing breakouts, or have a dull complexion.

You're literally draining the lymph nodes with this tutorial.

1.
Position the stone so the U Edge hugs the space around the ear.

Pull down with very gentle pressure about an inch.

3.
Repeat 10 times, and on the last stroke pull it all the way down.
