Alleviate Tech Neck Pains & Lines

Most of us are guilty of too much screen time, blurring the lines between connection and disconnection, for better or for worse. Our mental and physical well-being take a hit — tech neck (or text neck) is real and can cause all kinds of back, shoulder, and neck pain. Here’s a remedy:

Identify the SCM muscle in your neck by turning your head to the side. Using the U Edge (U facing downward) gently trace the muscle upward toward the jaw.

— 2 —
Hold the Comb Edge side of the tool horizontally, parallel with fine lines on the neck. Using the opposite index and middle fingers, hold skin taut.

Move the tool up and down in short, brief, swift motions, like a pencil eraser.

Using the opposite Long Edge, smooth it out moving from the center of the neck to side.

Repeat on the other side.
